The Checks
How Do We Check Private Carers?

Full ID Check
A Full ID check including right to work in the UK. We use a government approved service called Veriff to verify carer ID applications online.
Enhanced DBS Certificate
We ask that all our carers have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service. We regularly check carers certificates against the update service for any new items.
Professional Interview
We interview all our carers to test their technical knowledge and to evaluate their compassion and mannerisms.

Search for local carers
Search for caregivers near you with the skills you need. We have a range of carers available, from home helpers to experienced nurses.

Connect over chat
Reach out to your favourite private carers, tell them what you need and get to know them.

Book an Interview
Meet with them in person (or via video chat) for a no-obligation interview, so you can decide if they’re right for you.

Manage Your Care
We’ll handle all the admin, including contracting, payroll, insurance and continuous background checks. All you have to do is book your visits.
